Alissia has more than 15 years’ experience in working with horses in different areas such as horse racing, hunting, The Pony Club and the thoroughbred breeding industry. Alissia started her animal rehabilitation career by achieving a Bachelor of Science (Hons) in Equine Sports Therapy at Writtle College in 2014. Since then, she has worked in one of the top studs in Ireland as well as working as a receptionist for a large and small animal veterinary practice. She has also achieved a Post Graduate Diploma in Veterinary Physiotherapy and is working on topping this up to a Masters in Veterinary Physiotherapy at Harper Adams University.
Katherine qualified as a veterinary physiotherapist in 2017 after graduating from Warwickshire College and Coventry University with a BSc (Hons) in Veterinary Physiotherapy. Following this, she practised as a self-employed veterinary physiotherapist and is a member of the National Association of Veterinary Physiotherapists.
Before her studies, Katherine gained a wealth of equine industry experience, working in eventing, dressage, race rehabilitation and stud work. Outside of her job, she enjoys spending time with her horse and rescue dog.
